Talent Acquisition Specialist

1- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, candidate assessment, interview coordination and offering.

2- Build and maintain talent pipelines through multiple sourcing channels and proactive candidate engagement to support current and future hiring needs.

3- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring requirements, align candidate evaluation criteria, and support effective hiring decisions.

4- Monitor recruiting metrics, maintain recruitment trackers, and provide hiring pipeline visibility to support workforce planning and recruitment effectiveness.

5- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, and hiring quality through data-driven analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

6- Develop talent market knowledge and collaborate with HR and business leaders to support organizational growth, workforce expansion, and talent acquisition initiatives.
