PRODUCTION SPECIALIST

A required Production Specialist for Needle Bending is responsible for visual checking of pins and ensure that needles are clean and free from bent tip, deformed body, crack pin and discoloration. Able to bends the needle according to the order form and calibrates/set-ups of bending machine. Performs IQC of at least 2% of the received needles and measure the pins using profile projector. Must have good soldering skills and understand schematic drawings. Must have basic computer knowledge and able to pass the dexterity test
