Responsabilità
The Technology Program Manager manages and coordinates research and development projects and programs from concept through execution and delivery, ensuring effective alignment of cross-functional teams. The role is responsible for achieving objectives related to schedule, cost, resources, and scope, as well as for monitoring risks and progress, and ensuring that R&D initiatives support the company’s strategic and operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure;
- Ensure alignment of project objectives with company and Technology strategy;
- Define and maintain scope, schedules, costs, and resource plans;
- Coordinate development activities to meet requirements and quality standards;
- Ensure availability and consistency of key technical documentation (feasibility, requirements, risks);
- Monitor project performance (schedule, cost, quality, technical progress) and manage changes;
- Prepare and present project status reports and KPIs;
- Support verification, validation, and final project reviews, capturing Lessons Learned;
- Monitor and coordinate projects within strategic R&D programs, ensuring alignment with program objectives.

Requisiti
- Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field;
- Experience in R&D or technology-driven project environments;
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile and traditional);
- Ability to manage technical topics alongside planning and control activities;
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
