Job Description

To increase our capability in the system validation area, we are screening candidates for a position in the Robotics&Equipments department.

The candidate will focus his activities in overseeing the calibration of equipment and performing validation tests to ensure compliance with system requirements.

Additionally, he will perform as the entry point for technical issues requests generated from the Field Support Engineering teams, and contribute in preparing the training materials and train the FSE team members.

Troubleshooting and maintaining equipment will also be part of his duties.

The resource will have the following responsibilities:
  • Conduct tests to verify that products perform as intended. This include setting test parameters, perform physical tests (optical and electrical), collect and analyze data, and compare results to expected performance;
  • Document and summarize the results of validation tests, including any deviations or issues encountered. Also analyze the data collected to determine if the product meets the required specifications;
  • Organize and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to the validation process: test reports, standard operating procedures, and other relevant records;
  • Identify the root cause of problems and suggest appropriate corrective actions to
  • Contribute to continuous improvement effort and provide input for optimizing validation procedures;
  • Prepare and maintain testing equipment;
  • Support in preparation of training materials and documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field of specialization;
  • At least 10 years experience as a validation engineer in a similar industry;
  • Extensive experience in equipment calibration, performance testing, and quality control;
  • Experience in electrical measurements related to semiconductors;
  • Experience on computer vision automation/image processing/cameras/depth sensing device/optical device test;
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools;
  • Attitude to teamwork, problem solving and goal commitment.

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience in lens characterization and calibration methodology;
  • Experience in automation systems (motion and robotics).
