Responsabilità
- Own and manage a portfolio of assigned customer accounts, acting as the primary commercial point of contact
- Carry and deliver an individual sales quota aligned with company objectives
- Manage the entire sales cycle for inside-managed accounts, from opportunity identification to order closure
- Develop and execute account plans to grow revenue, penetration, and long-term customer value
- Prepare, negotiate, and manage commercial offers, pricing, and contractual terms within defined authorization levels
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and customer data in CRM
- Monitor order intake, backlog, and delivery status, proactively managing risks and customer expectations
- Drive upselling, cross-selling, and repeat business opportunities
- Collaborate closely with Field Sales, Customer Care, Operations, Technical Sales, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless execution
- Escalate complex commercial or operational topics when needed, ensuring fast resolution
