Responsabilità
The MLC/MLO Designer is responsible for the design, development, and optimization of circuit layouts in compliance with the electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing specifications of the product.
Main Responsibilities
- Layout design starting from customer-provided specifications;
- Component placement and routing optimized for electrical performance;
- Signal assignment to meet customer requirements and optimize performance;
- Design Rule Check (DRC) verification and compliance with company and regulatory standards;
- Collaboration with the mechanical team to ensure design integration;
- Design optimization for manufacturing (DFM – Design for Manufacturing) and assembly (DFA);
- Preparation of technical documentation (Gerber files, BOM, stack-up, fabrication drawings);
- Support during the debugging phase;
- Interface with MLC/MLO suppliers and manufacturers.
Requisiti
- Knowledge of PCB design CAD tools (Cadence Allegro);
- Knowledge of PCB/MLO Technologies;
- Familiarity with signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI) issues;
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics;
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams;
- Good knowledge of technical English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in high-speed design (memory, high-speed links);
- Experience with IPC standards.
Annual salary: 35.000€ - 45.000€
