Responsabilità
The Advanced Maintenance Technician will perform ordinary and extraordinary maintenance on Motherboards (special tools or machines), service, repair, support to mechanical and electrical checks (release in production), troubleshooting. Advanced Maintenance Technician will also provide support to improve Motherboards design in terms of reliability, usability, maintenaibility, safety and technical features.
The job is planned on two work shifts in continuos cycle (4+2).
Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive, corrective, scheduled and extraordinary maintenances (mechanical and electrical) on Motherboards which runs in production, minimizing down times;
- Give support during release phases of the machines, to intercept and solve possible failures or issues;
- Define detailed working instruction for rework and repair activities;
- Perform troubleshooting and accurate failure analysis to help identify the root causes and suggest possible solutions and improvements;
- Keep accurate maintenance logs in the company’s database;
- Manage tools, spare parts and documents to operate autonomously;
- Provide on-site service during the new release phases of Motherboards and their entire lifetime, ensuring Motherboards working conditions in production;
- Provide support to production concerns, processing and addressing internally the issues claimed in order to give design and production functions all the advices for Motherboards improvement;
- Provide support to production operators upon Motherboards usage according to work instructions.
Requisiti
- High school technical diploma or equivalent (Electrical/ Mechanical/ Mechatronics);
- Average knowledge of the English language;
- Good communication skills and goal-focused mindset;
- Good knowledge of mechanical tools, machines, solutions and technology to complete maintenaces;
- Good team working skills to minimize times and to improve equipment performances;
- Ability to work productively with minimal supervision;
- Collaboration with our machine and Motherboards design and manufacturing teams;
- Good analytical abilities and experience with data analysis;
- Enthusiasm, strong motivation, sense of responsibility, spirit of initiative, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Three years experience in hardware support or maintenance;
- Familiar with quality management and methods like FMEA, 8D-reports;
- Ideally experience of semiconductor industry and knowledge of semiconductor processes.
