PROCESS ENGINEERING ASSISTANT

A required Process Engineering Technician attend to all production issues whereas the probecard is being built. Assist in the investigation and analysis of production issues using appropriate problem-solving tools and implement suitable solution. Able to support in maintaining, monitoring or generation of documentations, such as work instructions, temporary Instructions and other documents related to the manufacturing processes. Able to implement and maintain the ESD control program. Knowledgeable in basic electronics and QC tools. Has the ability to read and interpret schematic diagrams, technical list and BOM lists.  Know how to use measuring equipment such as caliper, multimeter and high-power scope.
