ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR

A required Accounting Supervisor assists HR/Admin & Logistics Manager in the implementation of Accounting functions and liaised with local accountant and with Finance Manager in Technoprobe Asia Pte Ltd in Singapore. Ensure to checks the invoices and payments to suppliers prepared by the Accounting staff to ensure accuracy and correctness. Shall audits the collection receipts being prepared by the Admin Assistant. Able to prepare and submit the government reportorial requirements on Tax Returns and other payments/remittance. Liaise with the external auditor for the year end audit including the stock take. Has a solid understanding of basic accounting principles, taxation and collection regulations. Has the ability to multi-task and priorities task with strict deadline.
